Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will permanently remove your personal information, uploaded media (songs, images, videos), biometric identity data, auto-generated content, and any stored third-party OAuth tokens (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) from our active database within 30 days. We will also revoke our access to your connected third-party accounts at that time. Limited data may be retained beyond this period only where required by applicable tax, financial, or legal regulations.

• •Spotify, Apple Music — for music catalog integration. We access your artist profile and discography only as authorized by you to display song metadata within the platform.
• •Instagram (Meta Graph API), TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter/X — for social media publishing. When you connect a social account, we use the platform's API to publish video content, captions, and hashtags that you have created and approved within our platform. We access only the permissions you explicitly authorize (e.g., content publishing, basic profile info) and do not read, store, or sell your social media feed data, follower lists, or private messages. OAuth tokens are stored securely and used solely to fulfill your publishing requests.
• •Google Drive — for cloud storage. We access only the files and folders you explicitly authorize for backup or export purposes.

These third-party services have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their privacy practices before connecting your accounts. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
